Tier cutoffs
What each tier takes
Beam ranks qualified orchestrators by raw weight (verified uploaded MiB × penalty × fraud-report reward) and splits emissions by rank: A is the top 30 (50%), B the next 30 (35%), C the next 30 (10%), D the next 30 (4%) and E the rest (1%). Beam does not publish raw weight, so each tier is described by what its members showed: the least uploaded data in the tier is its cutoff, alongside their PRISM scores. Sell pressure then moves weight between miners, which is why a tier's actual share differs from its nominal one.
